This rather mysterious set was released in early 2020 as one of the final releases prior to the launch of HBO Max and the 2020 restoration project. Contrary to its name, there isn't a lot of actual parodies over title puns.
Probably the only noteworthy material on this set is "Apes of Wrath" being released uncropped again for the second time. Additionally, three Bugs Bunny shorts are new to disc on this set, albeit unrestored; this feat would be quickly rendered moot when the Bugs Bunny 80th Anniversary Collection came out later that year and included the three shorts newly restored.
Otherwise, most of the shorts, if they were restored beforehand, are the same prints from the Golden Collection or Super Stars sets. "Little Go Beep" is present as its original Academy ratio version, but is heavily compressed compared to its original release on Supergenius Hijinks. Even more baffling, despite being listed as an included short, "Super-Rabbit" is not the short from 1943, but actually the The Looney Tunes Show episode of a similar name. Additionally, the How Bugs Bunny Won the West TV special is double dipped from the The Essential Bugs Bunny DVD, giving this DVD pretty much a half Golden Age and half post-Golden Age presentation. The result is what can be described by fans as a lot of missed potential altogether; not to mention that this DVD was released late into the DVD's lifespan instead of the newly popular Blu-ray.

It is highly not recommended to get this set for collection's sake. It consists primarily of double dips shorts or inferior versions of the best available shorts, or is a cut down version of a bigger set that generally have the same cartoons plus several others not included. If this set is old, most of the shorts might have been updated to better versions. Getting this set is not worth its value compared to higher rated sets, and should be avoided for collector's purposes.
