The second entity of the Collector's Vault series. Disc 1 by itself is internally named "Collector's Choice Volume 6."
To remedy a double dip error in the previous volume, 51 shorts are included for this volume (in this case with an extra short being placed on disc 1). This time around, there is a lot more focus on the mainline Looney Tunes characters, leaving a wide variety of shorts comparable to the Platinum Collection sets. Although "Hop and Go" was released on the Golden Collection, albeit as an unrestored bonus cartoon, it is placed on disc 2 (reserved for DVD restorations not released on Blu-ray) for some reason.
Unlike the previous volume, a few commentary tracks return in this release on disc 2. They are primarily ported over from their Golden Collection releases, but some are omitted. Particularly, the "Claws for Alarm" commentary with Eddie Fitzgerald and John Kricfalusi, alongside the "To Beep or Not to Beep" and "Whoa, Be-Gone!" commentaries with Greg Ford, are missing here. None of the music/sound effects-only tracks return, too (they were present in the Golden Collection on the shorts "A Bird in a Guilty Cage", "Claws for Alarm", "Hyde and Hare", "Jumpin' Jupiter", and "The Last Hungry Cat").
The main highlight for this release comes from "The Daffy Duckaroo", which restores long-lost Warner Bros. references that were cut on Sunset prints (which is the widely circulated version used for television and unofficial public domain releases). These are particularly the scenes that show Daffy's trailer, which has stickers showing he is a Warner Bros. star. Additionally, "Hop and Go" has its original audio track used instead of the dubbed soundtrack that plasters stock music on certain scenes, which was also present on previously released and even current television prints at the time.
With the release of this set, every Chuck Jones' Road Runner short has been restored onto DVD/Blu-ray, nearly completing a milestone for a major character to see a full release of their entire filmography. The set also releases the remaining Goofy Gophers short prior to Termite Terrace's shutdown. It also ports the other two Porky/Sylvester horror-themed shorts and the remaining Charlie Dog shorts onto Blu-ray.
"The Daffy Duckaroo", "Ain't That Ducky", "I Taw a Puddy Tat", and "A-Lad-In His Lamp" are newly restored for this set. All Tweety shorts, alongside "Awful Orphan" are upgrades from their previous I Love Tweety and Golden Collection releases, being entirely re-restored for the HD resolution with less DVNR. In the case of "Awful Orphan", it also has its audio pitch corrected. Any other shorts on disc 1 are from their 2020 restorations used for streaming and television, while the disc 2 shorts are previous shorts that were never made available on official Blu-ray releases with minor touch-ups.
