The second volume aims for a more variety pack of sorts, containing shorts from practically the rise of Avery's tenure until near the end of the Termine Terrace studio's output.

The included two newly restored shorts include "Brother Brat" and "Ghost Wanted". The others are sourced from the 2020 restorations. Notably, this set primarily releases the two shorts with the Jerry Colonna-esque worm, finishes up Charlie Dog's filmography not restored on disc, and includes some of the more notable public domain shorts that have been present in a lot of public domain VHSes for a lot of old-day collectors. "Cross Country Detours" is also included with its original titles.

Additionally, this set also introduces the trend of having at least two shorts being upgraded despite being released on DVD or Blu-ray beforehand; those being "Rabbit Rampage", which was restored without DVNR this time, and "One Meat Brawl", which was unrestored as its 1995 dubbed version on the Hilarious Ham Super Stars set.
